The Car System Carbo-Spray is a sprayable putty engineered specifically for application over carbon fiber. It has a clear finish allowing painters and manufacturers to apply a thick surfacer over clean, sanded carbon to fill pinholes and voids in an efficient and easy to apply product. Once cured the material is easy to sand and provides excellent adhesion to the carbon substrate and to subsequent paint layers.
Manufactured in Germany and imported by Pro Bike Design, each set contains 800 grams of Carbo-Spray, 1000ml of reducer and 20 grams of hardener.

We highly recommend using a 3M Accuspray gun for application. The material requires a 2.0 + tip and has a 20 minute pot life at 70F. The 3M spray gun allows for easy clean up and disposal of hardened material without risk of ruining your high end spray equipment.
